Founded in 2014, small hinges SCE is a minority, woman-owned business based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Drawing on its founder's extensive and wide-ranging expertise, the agency’s work is built on a foundation of nearly three years experience with one of the top public relations and advertising firms in a major market; strategic and tactical experience in economic development marketing, hospitality and tourism marketing and public relations, and corporate and organizational communications management; and leadership roles with major political campaigns and the economic development organizations of three major- and mid-major-market cities.
